Reinaldo, Thiago and Lucas did an amazing job moving my stuff from Biggera Waters to Labrador. They were punctual, friendly, and really careful with our stuff. We got hips of marble and furniture with glass, which all of them arrived in perfect conditions. I recommend this guys to everyone.

Thank you Fernando, Marcos and Leo. They made the move super simple by disassembling the large furnitures and then reassembling them at the new location. Making sure the tv and fridge were nicely wrapped.
After being left high and dry by another company. Marcus Fernando & Thiago from Smooth Move Removals were my knights in shining armour. These men were courteous, polite, respectful and bloody good at their job.After my daughter inadvertently called the wrong company to complain for leaving me in the lurch on a Sunday, she made contact with the boss of Smooth Move Removals. Best mistake ever made. From the start, he was sympathetic, kind and understanding (this was on a late Sunday afternoon and on his birthday) He booked a truck for me for the following day with three guys to help with the move.From the first contact with these guys, I knew I was in good hands. The job took all up 10 hours (had a lot of stuff to move, plus there were two pickup points) I could not recommend Marcus Fernando & Thiago more highly. You want peace of mind with your move and know they will be respectful with your belongings, then definitely use this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDThank you Marcus Fernando & Thiago, you were all amazing.

Fernando, Eduardo and Emerson from A Smooth Move moved my belongings from a single car garage size storage unit in Pimpama to my new home in Ormeau on 27 February 2025. They handled all of my furniture and items with care and respect, while still loading and unloading everything efficiently and professionally. They situated furniture where I requested in my house and Emerson even took the time to connect the washing machine. Pedro, Gabriel and Lukas came as three helpful angels who just smiled and resolved all the delivery needs as if the heavy furniture was made of feathers. I had the pleasure of working with Emerson, Pedro, and Gabriel from Smooth Move. The team arrived right on the pre-arranged time, brought all the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job, and were very friendly, professional, and clinically swift.My old house had a very narrow staircase with fairly bulky railings that needed to be taken down before any large furniture could be moved.The previous removalist I used to move into the house failed to dismantle it and took over three hours to bring the fridge upstairs. The Smooth Move team did the fridge in 40 minutes, including dismantling.I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a quality job done. They may not be the cheapest, but you truly get value for what you pay.

A Smooth Removals was an outstanding service, they provided us with a time slot at a last minute and provided us with 2 great workers Claudio and Daniel that worked outstandingly to fit our needs. We required to fit our belongings inside a small storage unit which we believed was too small but Claudio and Daniel managed to fit everything within the unit contrary to our belief. They are also well mannered gentleman and highly sociable adding to the experience. Will recommend this serve and will continue to use this service in the future.

Eduardo and Chris smashed out a 2 bed apartment worth of stuff in about 2.5hrs pick up to delivery. 1st floor and they didn’t even use the lift. Would definitely recommend A Smooth Move.

Blair, Eduardo, and Philippe were awesome! Friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Worked hard in hot and humid conditions. Even assisted in putting together one of our beds. Have used A Smooth Move twice now and the service is just the same… excellent! Would highly recommend them!

Our neighbours using their services today at first they behave properly but as soon as neighbours left they started throwing shit in our bins showing no professionalism and behaving cocky showing no regards for surroundings.
I must say it was the best removalist we have ever used. Lee reassured me that everything would run smoothly and it did from beginning to end.The two guys that picked up and delivered our belongings were amazing not one thing was broken. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. From the receptionist to our belongings getting picked up and delivered it was an outstanding service. I would definitely use them again 😀😀👍👍

Smooth Move Removals helped me move in early September. I am amazed with the service I received! Reinaldo was extremely efficient at loading my items into the truck, covering them with protective blankets and transporting them to my new location safely. Reinaldo kept me updated on the day, each step of the way! His coworker Rafael was great too! My mum used this service a few years ago and she recommended me to yous. Would highly recommend aswell🙏🏼

My mum moved house today and thanks to Blair and Reinaldo it was a super smooth move!! The guys were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful, organised and calm!!! We had a few challenges but nothing they couldn’t solve for us.
